How quickly can you get to me?
Often the same day. We’re based in Didcot with technicians out across the region daily, and rodent problems are exactly the kind of job we prioritise, because they get worse, not better, with waiting.
How do I know if it's rats or mice?
Size of droppings, sound and timing all give it away, and it matters, because the treatments differ. Describe what you’ve seen or heard, or send a photo, and we’ll tell you what you’re likely dealing with before anyone visits.
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Yes, when applied professionally. Anything we use is placed where children and pets can’t reach it, and your technician explains exactly what’s where and any precautions to take.
Do I pay anything before agreeing to the work?
No. A photo or phone quote is free, and many jobs are priced that way. Where a survey is needed there’s a £75 +VAT fee, and it comes straight off the cost of your treatment if you move ahead in the same visit. Only proofing and repair works are quoted separately.
Will they just come back?
Not if the job’s done properly. Treatment deals with the rodents you have; proofing deals with the ones that would have followed. Every job ends with the entry points blocked or clear advice on getting them blocked.
